Recommended field workflow

Submit to office, not Outlook draft.

The current local apps can create Outlook drafts on the server PC. For employees on phones, the production version should save the completed files and route them to payroll/accounting automatically.

  1. Employee fills the form One question at a time, optimized for phone screens.
  2. Review PDF and totals Catch mistakes before the office receives it.
  3. Submit to office Server stores the Excel/PDF copy and sends or queues the notification.
